If you lost your phone or are unable to access your authenticator app, you can bypass the sign in by having a code sent to your main email address on file. When you enter the code it will disable 2FA and you can re-enable it at any time.
From the authentication code entry page, click the link that says Help! I can't access my code and then follow the instructions.

2 Factor Authentication codes are always 6 digits. Make sure you didn't enter another character or leave one out by mistake. |
