Tracking assets such as your home, rental properties, vehicles, collections, etc are perfect for the Asset Manager. Any tangible asset you own which has a value associated with it can be added to the tool.
When you add assets to the Asset Manager, the sum of all your asset values will appear at the top of the page and each of your assets will show up in a list where you can see the current value for each asset.
Once an asset is being tracked in the Asset Manager, you can enter the value of that asset at the end of each month. These changes in value over time will be used to show how the appreciation / depreciation of the asset affects your net worth.
The Net Worth History report can be found in the Reports section and shows your net worth over time. The assets you track in the Asset Manager will affect your net worth.
